Lite version of crabcake

Ok i have been working on a newer version of stuff which this is one of them.

1/4 cup egg whites
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
1/4 cup lite mayo
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup small dice celery
1/4 cup small dice onion
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon seafood season (old bay if you can find it lol)

Mix all above

1 pound lump crab meat

Mix in the mix. This way you wont brake the nice lump meat that you spent about $20 for.

Here a thing i rolled these in bread crumbs so where you can make it be even more lite.

Bake on a tray for 20 mins at 350f
