Sheperd's Pie

Serves: about 4-8



Ingredients:


1 lb ground beef or lamb

1 lbs russet potatoes (or instant potatoes)

1 can of corn

1/2-1 cup milk

1/2 cup chopped carrots

1/2 green pepper

1/4 small white onion

1 clove garlic (chopped)

4 tbs butter

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Directions
:


Preheat oven to 400F

Peel and boil the potatoes (or make instant potatoes)

While potatoes are boiling, cook ground beef with carrots, pepper, corn, garlic, and onion

Put ground beef or lamb at the bottom of a cake pan

Mash the potatoes until smooth while adding butter and milk (if not using instant potatoes)

Spread potatoes over ground beef

Sprinkle cheese over potatoes

Bake for 25 minutes

Let cool for about 15 minutes and serve.
