Beef stew with no tomatoes
3 ribs of celery small dice
3 carrots small dice
1 onion small dice
1# beef cubed
5 potatoes medium dice
1 Qt beef stock
1/4 cup flour
1/4 oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon thyme
2 tablespoon parsley
s&p to taste
step 1 put beef cubes, salt, pepper, thyme, and flour in a zip lock bag or papper bad and shake to coat the beef.
step 2 place in pot oil to hot and then add the veggies and sweat. after sweating the veggies add the beef.
step 3 add the stock in and your potatoes
step 4 season add the rest. simmer till the beef cooked all the way though and potatoes are soft.
