This is a very basic one.
1 pound turkey that is grounded
2 Tablespoon parsley
3 Pinches of salt
2 Pinches of pepper
Just mix it all and then form into how many you want.

Turkey has less fat than hamburger, so it can use a bit of fat added in order to keep the patty juicy. Adding 2 Tablespoons of olive oil per pound of ground turkey will not only make it juicier, but also give it a nice golden color when you cook them.
