Very refreshing on a hot summer day. Ingredients: - 1 cucumber
- 2 cups of plain natural yogurt
- pinch of salt
- a few sprigs of fresh dill - chopped
- a few drops of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic - crushed
Method: - In a bowl beat the yogurt with a little salt and 1 cup of water
- peel and cut the cucumber in small bite sized bits.
- Add all ingredients together.
Serves five. This dish can be the salad or one of the vegetable dishes with a summer meal. Foozlebootz/Annie
