Bread crumbs
1 Cup Plain bread crumbs
2 pinches Salt
1 Pinch pepper
4 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
1 Teaspoon Garlic powder
1 Teaspoon Onion powder
3 Tablespoon O. Oil
Mix together
Use yellow mustard to coat the lamb chops well so the bread crumbs will stick to it. Make sure it's coated well.
Bake at 350F
Cook to your liking on your temp.
Tip on cooking for making it juicy and well done is to place it on a roasting rack and put water in the bottom of the pan.
