1.25 loaf - dice them to your liking. (toasted them in oven)
1 carrot (fine dice)
1 onion (fine dice)
2 stalks of celery (fine dice)
4 cups chicken stock
1 TSP garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1.5 TbS parsley
Toast bread in oven until they look like croutons. While you're toasting the bread, you need to sweat the onion, celery, and carrot. Toss the seasoning in and then add your stock. Let it simmer for 10 mins. Then add the bread in and toss it into the oven for 30 mins. at 350F.
