Late Summer Meat Balls *

1 pound beef
1/4 onion (1/8 inch dice)
1/2 bell pepper (1/8 inch dice)
2 oz sun dried tomatoes (1/8 inch dice)
3 TBS Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon tarragon
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dill
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon thyme
1 TBS parsley
1 TBS ketchup
1 TBS steak sauce
3 TBS bread crumbs

Portion out the meat balls 1 or 2 oz balls. Place on a cookie sheet and place them in the oven at 350 for 20 mins.
