1 pound beef
1 carrot (1/8 inch dice)
1/4 red onion (1/8 inch dice)
3/4 bell pepper (1/8 inch dice)
1 TBS steak sauce
3 pinches salt
2 pinches pepper
2 Teaspoon thyme
1 Teaspoon basil
1 Teaspoon chives (fresh)
Mix very well. They should not be able to fold in half with cracks.
