Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes *

I can't claim this recipe as mine. My friend did this recently for her grandnephew's second birthday. It was a great hit and alternative to a birthday cake.

Ingredients:

• Cake Mix - works better than a scratch cake for this recipe.
  
• Ice Cream Cones
  
• Icing, sprinkles etc
  

Method:

• Prepare the cake mix as per box instructions.
  
• Pour into a muffin tin.
  
• Put a cone over each one.
  
• Bake as per box instructions.
  

The cake works it's way into the cone, with lots left over the top. Ice and decorate. Transporting them is a bit tricky though. A cardboard egg carton seemed to work for my friend.
