Ok this is the most different way done here. You need to spend at least $25 per person to eat there and get the free visit to the observation deck.
Food: i have a nice crab cake melt, my sister has the city sky burger, and my mom has vegetable puff. it was present so nice and it taste soooo good.

Ok year later review now
I went there for dinner this trip around. They have a new menu so the dishes are different. Dinner going cost you $35 plus.
Type cuisine: North Western and seafood
Food: Seafood pasta, seafood trio, veggie gateau, clam corn chowder, crab cakes, and steak Oscar (dinner special.)
Wines or drinks: Chardonnay and water
Food impressions: Pleasings presentation, taste well done nothing over seasoned.
Atmosphere: The best way to enjoy Seattle. Its a breathtaking view.
Service: excellent on all levels. Wait staff very attentive.
