To smoke on a grill
Gas: Get a tuna fish can (small one) remove the label on it so wont burn it up. Place the can in a corner on the grill surface where you put the food on.Place it on there when you stick food on. You need to place wood chips in the can.

For non gas grill: place wood on the heat source after the fire die down.
