1 Stalk of celery
1/4 White onion
18 Stems of button mushrooms
1 Tablespoon parsley (fresh)
1 Tablespoon dill (dried)
3 Pieces of sun dried tomatoes
1 Tablespoon butter
Chop the celery, onion, sun dried tom, stems in a very fine dice you can get. Toss in a pan and sweat for 10 mins.
1 Teaspoon Old bay
1 Teaspoon Garlic powder
2 Tablespoon Lemon lime juice
8 Oz Claw crab meat
20 Shavings of Asiago cheese
Mix in all of the veggie mix and cook for 10 mins and then mix in the cheese.
Cool down in the refrigerator for 20 mins and stuff 1 Tablespoon in each of the 18 mushrooms and bake for 25 mins at 400F
