This recipe is only if you are making 10 pounds of wings:

Paprika 2 Tablespoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
B. pepper 0.5 Teaspoon
Cumin seed Ground 1 Teaspoon
Poultry seasoning 1 Teaspoon
Ground ginger1 Teaspoon
Ground coriander seed 1 Tablespoon
Garlic powder 1Teaspoon
Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
Dill 1 Tablespoon

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.

Put the wings in the bowl. Measure the apple cider vinegar to about 0.25 to 0.333 of a cup. Let the wings drain from the vinegar and then you toss the seasoning on them. Bake at 350F for 35-45 mins.
